Homework

It is the policy of the school to set homework for all pupils.  It is through regular homework that all pupils can learn to work responsibly on their own and develop the study skills and good work habits necessary to achieve success.  Homework also provides an opportunity for parents to become involved in their children's education and monitor their progress.  Each pupil is required to possess a school diary in which he or she should enter the homework as it is set.  If any pupil habitually spends more or less than the normal time on the homework prescribed, the pupil’s year head should be informed.
